While living in Chicago, Claire discovered a love and talent for Real Estate.  There, she worked for and manged several properties for a Commercial and Residential Property Developer/Management Company.  Claire's career continued to expand through various relocations (both Military and Corporate) and her Real estate portfolio expanded to incude:  New Home Construction, Industrial Property Development and Management experience throughout several markets.

After 13 moves, Claire and her family settled here in picturesque Lancaster County.  She brings over 25 years of Real Estate experience, knowledge and wisdom to both Buyers and Sellers.  Having personally built and represented Builders in several new home communities, Claire works with a broad spectrum of clients - from the 1st time Buyer(s), those upsizing and/or downsizing, someone building or transitioning out of the Military into civilian life and investors to commercial property acquisitions.  Value and Client Care are key components to  "The Claire Chivington Team" and as an added value, Claire is an ASP*  (Accredited Staging Professional Home Stager), helping Seller's get their homes prepared for the next step - SOLD!
