Sam Dillman - Ideal Mortgage Group

Hello RPP Committee!  My name is Sam Dillman and I have lived in Lancaster since 1989. I graduated from Conestoga Valley HS in 1995 and went on to attend Millersville University.  I spent 8 years in the United States Marine Corps as an artilleryman and marksmanship instructor.  I am married to my lovely wife, Brittany, and have four children ranging in age from 25 to 6.  I was fortunate enough to be a stay at home dad to our 6 year old while also running a full time real estate business over the first four years of her life before getting into the lending side of the business two years ago.  I am very committed to my business and my clients. I make myself available all but 24/7 for any needs or questions my clients may have throughout the transaction process.  I consider myself more of a Mortgage Analyst than just a normal lender.  I love the ability to educate my clients through the process and putting their minds at ease, as it can be a very stressful and daunting process.  I am a member of the American Cancer Society Fire and Ice Ball committee as well as a board member on the Conestoga Valley Education Foundation where I serve as chairman of the golf committee.  At Ideal Mortgage Group we have started our own non-profit foundation called Frontline First that offers benefits to first responders, medical workers, teachers and anyone else that works the frontline everyday. I serve as the treasurer on that board of directors.  When I am not working I love to spend time with my family, golf, hunt, enjoy some bourbon and a good cigar and I have an extreme liking for University of Georgia Football, GO DAWGS!  I appreciate your consideration in being a part of your group and look forward to the future and what we can do together.  Thank you!

Cheers,

Sam
