We offer home financing options through many outlets; Conventional, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA, PHFA and various local down payment assistance programs.  Guild Mortgage was established in 1960 and has a presence in Lancaster, PA since August 2021.  Although the name was new at that time, many members of the team of individuals in this office have worked together for more than 30 years.  I started working as a Loan Processor in 1990 and became a loan officer in 2004.  Our goal is to provide a variety of loan programs to cover the various needs of our borrowers; to provide a service level to achieve the golden rule in life (and business); to work with all people who have a desire for the American dream of homeownership.
