I oversee the internal sales and service process, as well as ensuring the operational integrity of the branch. I also spend a significant portion of time acquiring, expanding and retaining commercial and retail banking relationships through prospecting, relationship management and networking.
Each interaction with a client is an opportunity to further develop a relationship and build additional value. That could be in service, product updates, needs analysis or connecting customers with other members of my professional network. My vision continues to focus on creating professional friendships with my clients.
Along with facilitating bank-wide training to Personal Financial Specialists, I am also a coach for my employees and my peers. Nothing is more rewarding then hearing "I have learned more from you in 5 months then I have in 12 months at my other bank" from a staff member.
