I am a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with Fairway Independent Mortgage. I help a wide variety of clients with their mortgage needs. On the purchase end I am able to help clients get pre-approved and approved for their first home or a home that better fits their current needs. I offer a wide variety of loan program options including conventional, FHA, VA and USDA financing. I am also able to assist qualifying clients with different down payment assistance programs.

On the refinancing end, I am able to help current homeowners restructure their existing mortgage to fit their current goals. Sometimes this includes lowering their rate or term, removing or adding someone to the mortgage or deed and/or taking out some equity for financial planning or renovations.

The mortgage process is complex and every client’s situation is different. An equally important part of my role is to make this complex process as simple as possible for clients and making sure they know all options that are available to them. Every client receives a one-on-one meeting/phone call or zoom to review options and make sure they feel confident understanding the different options that are available to them.

My team and I are available to clients throughout the home buying process. Processing and underwriting is handled in-house making it more convenient for clients and realtors. Settlement packages and wires are out the day before settlement 99% of the time.

I am personally licensed in PA but Fairway is licensed in all 50 states so I am able to help out-of-state clients get connected with someone who is licensed in that particular state. In 2020, Fairway Independent Mortgage was #1 in USDA purchase unit volume, #1 in FHA purchase volume, #4 in VA purchase units and #4 out of the top 100 mortgage companies in the nation.
